Blackout dates are determined by The Hotel Hershey's projected occupancy level. In an effort to provide the most availability possible, availability for complimentary overnight stays will be released weekly for the next 90 days. If you wish to reserve your room for a date beyond the 90-day window, simply inform our reservations team of your preference and they will place you on a waitlist for the requested date.
