Fitness Classes

In addition to our fitness center, guests of The Hotel Hershey and The Spa At The Hotel Hershey also have access to the following complimentary fitness classes.

Dynamic Stretch & Strengthening - 45 minutes

Incorporates cardio, balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility using a resist-a-ball.

Fitness Walks & Hiking - 45 minutes
Enjoy the Hotel grounds with a walk in the majestic formal gardens or become one with nature on any of our hiking trails (trail maps available in the Fitness Center).

Muscle Mix - 45 minutes
Designed to tone the entire body through use of handheld weights, physiotherapy balls, challenge bands, and/or your own body weight.

Pilates - 45 minutes
An exercise method designed to condition and connect body and mind, correct muscle imbalances, improve posture, and tone all over.

Refresh, Restore & Rejuvenate - 50 minutes
Wake up and refresh with a combination of gentle yoga, pilates and stretching.

Tai Chi - 45 minutes
This modern form of Qi Gong consists of both controlled movements and poses. It integrates breathing with standing slow motion movements and contributes to enhanced conditioning and balance.

Totally Fit - 60 minutes
A combination of 20 minutes each of cardio, strength training and core conditioning.

Water Fitness - 45 minutes
Use the natural buoyancy and resistive properties of water in this conditioning class. No swimming skills needed.

Yoga & Yogalates - 45 minutes
Yoga poses and stretching with some vinyasa flow movements to connect body, breath and mind. Yoga Meditation includes breathing exercises and small stretching movements to improve circulation and relaxation. Yogalates includes additional pilates exercises. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
